 Further Research 

For this project I felt very inspired, I inserted inside my love for anime and manga to create a story through the dress inspired by my favorite manga. I also started doing some research on how other fashion designers were inspired by this world and in fact, Gucci created a collaboration. It was interesting to see that important brands have still given value to this world. Then I started the research, if we want to call like this, to explain gradually lines the plot of the chosen manga because for the development of my collection I will insert details of the life of the protagonist in the garments. Starting from objects that have had an important meaning but also from phrases or details and make them visual.

How has my research, so far, informed my project? 

Starting from the assumption that I am still at the beginning of my project, but already from this research, you can understand how I will develop my project and what is based on I still lack in my research technical part but I will gradually add those. I started by explaining what style I’m going to develop that is already a great starting point and now I will start to focus on the study of some important streetwear garments and then I will also focus on what I think of this style. 

How useful has my research been? 

For now, the research of my project is useful only in the theoretical part to understand how I will develop the whole. Let’s say that I’m trying to give a good foundation to my project so that I don’t get in trouble later, I want that going forward I don’t find any gaps in my idea but that I’m 100% sure and that the project fits perfectly with me and that it becomes mine.

What further research will I carry out next to build on previous? 

There is still a lot of research to do for my project, my idea is to look at another fashion designer who was inspired by the manga for his collection to have an idea of how to develop in the smallest detail my project. Also, continue to develop research on the style I chose and research especially on how to draw my final drawings. And surely as we go on, there will be more research.

How will the further research inform my work? 

Going forward my research will give more and more life to my project to make my final ideas concrete and 100% defined.
