Dior and Homewear: The capsule collection to stay at home

We are experiencing a difficult period due to the Coronavirus epidemic. But fashion does not stop and looks for beautiful and comfortable solutions, appropriate to our new needs in a daily life that mostly takes place within the walls of our apartment. Thus was born 'Dior Chez Moi', the first capsule collection entirely dedicated to Dior loungewear.

I recommended wearing homeware to a model of mine, and a close friend Sofia who is nicknamed "Chez Moi" and when this vogue article appeared, it made me think of her immediately. Besides, having already talked with her about my project, she had already thought of Fluffy two pieces so this collection can absolutely inspire her.

Designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri during the lockdown, the creations celebrate the art of living the home with style. For this new line, Pietro Ruffo, a Roman artist dear to the creative director, has redesigned his zodiac motifs - a tribute to the superstition of Monsieur Dior. A revisited version of the iconic toile de Jouy is also a must. Among the items in the collection, precious pajama sets, delicate bathrobes, comfortable ponchos, soft blazers, sweatshirts, bras, T-shirts and shorts. Slippers, scarves and socks complete the proposal. All the pieces are timeless and can also be worn outside the home. An invitation to refinement and a gentle lifestyle, signed by Dior.

  1. Good that you have looked at this - however I think you should add more about this informs your work - what materials does she use, and is your style going to be like this or different - discuss with a more critical eye
